Data Retention and Deletion Policy
DPCI seeks to retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law, contract, security, dispute resolution or operational needs.

| Generated reports, if applicable | Configurable; preferably 12 to 24 months |
| Aggregated or anonymized information | May be retained longer if it cannot reasonably identify a person |
Users may request deletion or review of applicable personal information by contacting privacy@thedpci.com. Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, contractual or legitimate operational reasons.
