Allowed uses
- self-development
- leadership development
- corporate training
- organizational learning
- internal process improvement
- coaching and development planning
- aggregated organizational insights when appropriate
Prohibited uses
- using DPCI outputs as the sole basis for hiring, termination, promotion, compensation or disciplinary action
- presenting DPCI materials as clinical, medical or diagnostic psychological evaluations
- attempting to identify anonymous evaluators
- submitting personal data about others without authorization
- uploading sensitive personal information not requested by DPCI
- using the platform for harassment, discrimination, retaliation or surveillance
- bypassing access controls or attempting unauthorized access
- copying or reselling DPCI content without authorization
Organizations using DPCI resources are responsible for ensuring that their use is transparent, proportionate, respectful of privacy and consistent with applicable law and internal policies.
